e-Processo

e-Processo is a specialized application designed to streamline the monitoring and consultation of legal processes for individuals and businesses involved with the Brazilian Federal Revenue (RFB), Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CARF), and National Treasury Attorney General's Office (PGFN).

The platform allows you to efficiently manage and track your legal affairs, simplifying access to critical information. With its intuitive functionality, users are empowered to:

- Look up processes using either CPF or CNPJ identifiers.

- Search for processes based on their unique number.

- Review essential information pertaining to each process.

- Identify all parties involved, both primary and secondary.

- Examine the comprehensive history of any given process.

- Access and download documents related to each case.

- Manage and personalize a list of processes by marking them as favorites.

- Receive timely notifications regarding updates and actions required for your cases.

To leverage full document access and upload capabilities, it's necessary to pre-register your mobile device on the RFB's e-CAC platform. This will provide you with the needed authorization to view and request the attachment of documents. Note, the document request feature is exclusive to processes handled by RFB or CARF.

Activation is straightforward: log in to e-CAC with a Silver or Gold level account, navigate to "Legislation and Process" followed by "Digital Processes (e-Process)", and register your mobile device. You'll be prompted to provide a device name, and an activation code, select a valid authorization date, and the services you wish to enable. Once your device is registered and linked to your CPF/CNPJ, you'll gain authorized access to your documents through this system.

Should you decide to discontinue mobile access, reversing the service is as simple as de-registering your device on the e-CAC. e-Processo offers a proficient tool with a user-centric design and functionality, providing a reliable way to help you manage your legal processes anytime, anywhere.
